- Machine equipped with Double Feeder roller system ensures better grip during transfer of Board from Feeder section to Printing section.

Folder Gluer - Stitcher
- Automatic Folder Gluer – Stitcher machine with Counter ejector and machine design speed of 240 boxes per minute to maintain equilibrium with Previous Process Machines.
- The Stitching Section is also Automatic to ensure Speedy Stitching of Boxes as compared to Traditional Manual Stitching. The Speed of Machine is 100 Stitched Boxes per Minute vs 10 – 15 Boxes per minute in Traditional Machines.
- The Machine is Equipped with Automatic Strapping Machine with Pneumatic Press for Even pressure application on Bundle of Boxes.
Manual Machines
- Complete Manual Setup with all the required machines to ensure the smallest of the ordered is also catered.
- The Manual Machines are capable of making all types of the Inserts which are required by our Esteemed Customers.
- The Machines are selected after a lot of research to ensure maximum output of Inserts from the Line so that our orders doesn’t get struck due to lack of inserts.
Fully Equipped laboratory
- The Facility is having a fully equipped Laboratory with all the latest testing equipments to ensure the production goes as per Customer Specification.
- With all the latest machines the reports can be generated in the system directly from the machine and Graphical Representation of test impact can be seen in the software.
